Job summary

Bally’s Intralot, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Bids & Proposals Coordinator to support proposal development for state lotteries and government contracts. You will review RFPs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and timely submission.

You’ll work closely with Proposal Managers and the Business Development team, gain exposure to senior leaders, and have a clear path to grow into a Proposal Manager role while developing strong MS Office and AI-assisted research skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, integrated marketing, marketing administration, or a related field.
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple proposals and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and clients.
• Analytical skills to parse complex RFP requirements.
• Strong MS 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency with RFP tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research, drafting, content organization, and quality checks.
• Leadership, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
• Fast, self-starting, team-oriented work style and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs to understand client needs, project requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Track amendments and clarifications to ensure final proposals meet requirements.
• Support Business Development in responding to proposals in a high-volume environment.
• Assist with forms, representations and certifications, and related documentation.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, error-free, and within page counts.
• Perform word processing and desktop production using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Maintain standardized proposal templates for consistency.
• Prepare final proposal documents for electronic and hard-copy submission.
• Monitor proposal status and update internal databases.
• Maintain repository of past project information and client testimonials.
• Coordinate meetings and scheduling; assist VP, Business Development as needed.
• Develop presentation decks including timelines, matrices, and debrief slides.
• Support vendor registrations and prequalification questionnaires for clients.
