Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics strategy, roadmaps, and BI platform execution. You will work with leadership and stakeholders to design analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decisions across the company.

The role is hybrid out of the Lakeville, MN corporate office, with three days onsite and two days remote, reporting to the leadership team and shaping BI roadmaps and data strategy for enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a technical field required; experience in Business Intelligence preferred.
• 2+ years in leadership of BI or as a BI lead with proven BI delivery experience.
• 3+ years of data modelling or content building for self-service BI and reporting.
• Experience with relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts, developers, and partners to design and deliver BI solutions for Midwest.
• Define and execute the enterprise BI vision, including scoping, feasibility, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Lead and manage projects—prioritizing high-impact initiatives and ensuring successful delivery with knowledge transfer.
• Leverage data insights, manage leadership expectations, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
