Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Data Manager to build foundational data capabilities, govern data, and scale dashboards across our AWS environment. You will own data quality, definitions, and reporting logic, collaborating with IT, finance, and other leaders to drive trusted insights.

Hybrid work model with two days per week in NYC, Southlake, or Boston offices. Strong SQL, BI tooling, and data modeling experience are required to deliver impactful analytics for clinical and business teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business intelligence, analytics, data analysis, reporting, or related field.
• Experience translating business questions into metrics, datasets, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and analytics tools across BI platforms.
• Partner with business teams to translate needs into data requirements and dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and support scalable reporting.
