Job summary

CyberCoders in the Twin Cities region is seeking a hands-on Data & BI Manager to steer data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives. You will lead BI delivery, partner across Finance, Operations, and IT, and translate business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in data/BI, strong SQL skills, Python, and hands-on Power BI experience, plus proven leadership and the ability to drive self-service analytics and data-driven decisions.

This role combines leadership with execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable data solutions, driving data governance, and turning complex data into actionable business insights.

• Experience supporting financial and operational reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or another programming language.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
