Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading technology, data, analytics, or reporting initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BI, reporting, analytics, and data projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, analysts, developers, and SMEs to define objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, action items, risk logs, and docs.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and progress updates.
• Monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns and driving resolution.
• Track progress and deliverables using Azure DevOps and other PM tools.
• Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Maintain project governance standards and reporting requirements.
• Support change management and user adoption activities for deliverables.
• Prepare executive status updates and leadership presentations.
