You will consult with stakeholders and contribute to data governance and strategic planning.

The role emphasizes BI deliverables, data pipelines, and self-service reporting with a focus on KPIs across dealer and marketplace data. A hybrid work model is supported.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within commutable distance to Atlanta and follow an in office, hybrid schedule.
• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience, MS with up to 2 years' experience, or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Proficiency in Tableau to develop straightforward dashboards or charts and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis methods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers recurring performance analytics for RDS, tracking Core Client conversion, Inspection Volume, Sales, and MMI Sales Conversion metrics; communicates trends to stakeholders.
• Supports MMI reporting by validating sales conversion metrics against thresholds and correcting classification logic with stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains Trade Desk broker performance reporting and dashboards with impact tracking for new programs.
• Translates ad hoc data requests into recurring, self-service reporting assets.
• Investigates data discrepancies affecting reporting accuracy and resolves ETL timing or join logic issues.
• Works with related functions to understand business KPIs and priorities.
• Applies methods/tools to identify, gather, and analyze datasets.
• Delivers basic Business Intelligence work streams including revenue and marketplace analytics; develops reports and distributes them.
• Produces BI by querying data repositories and generating reports.
• Participates in standard, recurring, and ad-hoc projects and analyses.
• Assists in developing data pipelines, workflows, and queries.
• Manages data integrity, efficiency, and availability.
