Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design, develop, and support reporting and analytics across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and operations. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into dashboards and analytics, with autonomous visibility across the organization during the transition from Tableau to Sigma.

The role requires 2+ years in BI, hands-on experience with Sigma/Tableau/Power BI, and strong Excel skills to ensure data accuracy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data analytics, CS, IS, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or a related role.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Sigma, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise data.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from users across multiple functional areas.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems including Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and other business applications.
• Develop reporting solutions that support operational, supply chain, inventory, and management decision-making.
• Create executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Monitor and enhance existing reporting solutions to improve performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Manage multiple reporting requests while prioritizing work and stakeholder needs.
• Document reporting processes, business requirements, and analytical methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
