Job summary

Cox is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to acquire, synthesize, and organize dealer and broker performance data from multiple sources. You will create specifications for reports, provide consultation, and contribute to governance structures across RDS and Trade Desk datasets.

Responsibilities include delivering recurring analytics, validating metrics, building broker dashboards, and supporting self-service reporting while collaborating with stakeholders and commercial teams to drive

Qualifications

• Requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within commutable distance to Atlanta and work in office / hybrid schedule.
• 2+ years of BI Analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau for dashboards and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods, data governance, and BI fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Delivers recurring performance analytics for RDS and Trade Desk, tracking core metrics and communicates trends to stakeholders.
• Validates sales conversion metrics against thresholds and corrects classification logic with stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains broker performance reporting and dashboards, incorporating impact tracking for new programs.
• Translates ad hoc data requests into recurring self-service reporting assets.
• Investigates and resolves data discrepancies affecting reporting accuracy.
• Collaborates with allied functions to understand business priorities and KPIs.
• Identifies, gathers, and analyzes appropriate datasets using standard methods and tools.
• Performs basic BI work-streams including revenue and marketplace analytics, report development and distribution.
• Produces business intelligence by querying data repositories and generating reports.
• Works on recurring and ad-hoc projects and enhances data pipelines and workflows.
