Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States (Atlanta area) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to acquire, organize, and analyze dealer and broker performance data from RDS and Trade Desk systems, and to develop reports and dashboards that support decision-makers.

You will deliver recurring analytics for RDS metrics, validate sales conversion, build broker dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate ad hoc requests into self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Must live within commutable distance to Atlanta and follow an in-office hybrid schedule.
• BA/BS with 2+ years of experience, MS with up to 2 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst; proficiency in Tableau to develop dashboards and perform basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers recurring performance analytics for Remote Dealer Services (RDS), tracking Core Client conversion, inspections, sales and MMI metrics.
• Validates sales conversion metrics against thresholds and coordinates corrections with stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains broker performance reporting and dashboards, including bid activity tracking for decision-making.
