Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to acquire, synthesize, and organize dealer and broker performance data from multiple sources. You will create specifications for reports, advise stakeholders on data access, and develop analytics to forecast business issues and guide strategy.

The role requires 2+ years in BI, strong SQL and Tableau skills, and a collaborative approach. Hybrid work with in-office presence near Atlanta is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of BI experience, MS with up to 2 years, or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring performance analytics for RDS and Trade Desk reporting.
• Validate and refine metrics and thresholds with stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and reports for broker performance and program initiatives.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure data quality across datasets.
