Job summary

Affinity Truck Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, automate processes, and shape analytics across the dealership. You will collaborate with executive leadership and various departments to build dashboards, connect systems, improve reporting, and support profitability and operational performance.

You will work across accounting, sales, service, parts, and operations, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and AI tools to create a single source of truth

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, reporting, or related role.
• Strong SQL experience with queries, joins, views, stored procedures, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar tools preferred.
• Experience working with ERP, DMS, CRM, or other business systems.
• Practical experience with automation platforms or AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Build and maintain SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Create KPIs and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Analyze dealership data for trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Support forecasting and operational planning.
• Help create a single source of truth for business reporting.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases and reporting environments.
• Develop and maintain Crystal Reports and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve reporting using AI and Microsoft technologies.
