Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to translate wholesale data into actionable insights for national commercial and dealer accounts. You will design analytic frameworks, maintain data queries in Snowflake, and deliver data narratives to executives.

You will collaborate with Data Science and engineering teams, mentor junior analysts, and help advance the BI infrastructure and standards while traveling roughly half the year and working in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 6 years of experience (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets.
• Willingness to travel ~50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary analytical contact for National Commercial and Dealer accounts; deliver insights via reviews and ad hoc analysis.
• Design and maintain SQL-based queries and data views to support client analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to develop analytic frameworks and metrics.
• Mentor BI Analysts and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Lead large, complex projects and explore AI-assisted analytics implementations.
