Job summary

Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton seeks a Benefits Specialist to administer FVTC’s employee benefits programs and coordinate time off, leave, accommodation, and related support services. The role partners with HR, payroll, and IT to ensure accurate benefits administration and exceptional employee service.

You will lead enrollment processes, provide guidance on leaves and accommodations, and help implement wellbeing initiatives across campus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in HR or related field.
• Four to five years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• Experience in employee benefits administration, insurance, brokerage, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee and retiree benefit programs including health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, disability, life insurance, and voluntary benefits.
• Support retirement programs (WRS, 403(b), 457) with guidance and communications.
• Develop and deliver employee communications and training on benefits; lead enrollment processes with payroll and IT.
