Zusammenfassung

Campbell’s is seeking a Benefits, Wellness & Well-being Manager to lead health, welfare, and employee well‑being initiatives for a large workforce. You will administer programs, manage vendors, and drive enrollment and communications across the network, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with People & Culture and Finance to optimize the benefits portfolio and deliver engaging education to employees, including on-site visits to Campbell’s sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 8+ years in benefits administration.
• Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience with benefits administration systems and HRIS platforms.

Aufgaben

• Administer health, welfare and well-being programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to promote employee well-being, including mental and physical health, and vendor management.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance and external partners to optimize programs and costs.
• Analyze benefits utilization, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop and deliver communications and trainings about benefits offerings.
• Lead annual enrollment and coordinate with stakeholders for a seamless process.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws; report as needed.
