Conexus seeks an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the administration, strategy, and optimization of our employee benefits and wellness programs. You will manage a two-person team, partner with brokers and vendors, and drive a competitive, cost-effective employee experience.

The ideal candidate has Workday Benefits expertise, strong benefits compliance knowledge, and a passion for wellness and engagement in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in benefits or total rewards with complex programs.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Hands-on Workday Benefits configuration, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience with external brokers, carriers, consultants, and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of employee benefits programs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with goals.
• Manage annual renewals, open enrollment, and communications.
• Oversee relationships with brokers, carriers, consultants, and vendors.
• Own and optimize benefits administration in Workday.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related laws.
• Lead a team of two benefits professionals.
