Qualifications

• Hands-on employee benefits administration experience.
• Leave of absence administration experience, including FMLA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of FMLA and disability programs with third-party administrator and HR teams.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefit education communications.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and assist with processing monthly accounts.
• Assist with garnishments and life-status changes.
• Audit HRIS-to-vendor data transfers and data reconciliations.
