Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is hiring a Benefits Coordinator to administer employee benefits programs and support enrollment processing. You will manage invoices, maintain employee records in the HRIS, and assist with payroll-related tasks.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or significant benefits experience, familiarity with Ultipro, and a proactive customer-service approach. Position features a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years day-to-day benefits administration experience.
• 2+ years direct benefits administration experience.
• Familiarity with Ultipro and online enrollment platforms.
• PHR/CBP/CEBS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs and answer enrollment questions.
• Coordinate bi-weekly new employee benefits orientations and annual open enrollment.
• Enter enrollments, changes and terminations into the HRIS precisely.
• Process and administer claims for disability, FSA, and workers’ comp.
• Liaise with vendors, payroll, HR and Archdiocese to resolve issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

High school diploma and 5+ years benefits administration experience

PHR/CBP/CEBS certification preferred
