Qualifications

• 1-2 years of corporate work experience in payroll, HR, benefits, or customer service.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling confidential information with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and weekly inbound and outbound file integrations between payroll, benefits systems, and third-party vendors.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to address file errors and ensure accurate data exchange.
• Monitor and respond to employee inquiries received through a shared email inbox, ticketing system, and voicemail.
• Provide timely and accurate guidance on payroll and benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and disability.
• Research and resolve employee issues while documenting actions and outcomes within the ticketing system.
• Conduct routine audits and validations to ensure payroll and benefit records are accurate and complete.
• Investigate and resolve eligibility, enrollment, and data discrepancies resulting from system integrations.
• Support leave intake, documentation tracking, employee communications, and coordination with leave vendors.
