The Hilb Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Benefits Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role across multiple office locations. The analyst will lead complex RFP processes, develop financial exhibits, ensure multi-state regulatory compliance, and negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure optimal plan options.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, is well organized, and can prioritize while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in employee benefits analysis or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of benefits compliance, plan design, and renewal processes.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, and vendor contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SharePoint or similar document management tools.

Responsabilités

• Support RFP development by gathering plan design info, rate history, enrollment and claims data, contribution details, and benefit change documentation.
• Coordinate RFP and renewal timelines and track deliverables with internal teams, carriers, and vendors.
• Prepare draft cover materials for team review, including employer profiles and marketing objectives.
• Analyze carrier proposals and summarize options aligned with cost and benefit strategy.
• Support carrier negotiations with rate comparisons and key term documentation.
