Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• At least 1 year industry experience in debt cancellation/benefits or a similar field.
• Customer service experience and strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Writes clearly, concisely, and effectively; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process benefit related transactions accurately and timely.
• Review documentation needed to process a benefit.
• Prioritize daily inventory to meet contractual service levels.
• Handle inbound calls from customers and third parties.
• Identify and respond with solutions or alternatives for customers.
• Practice active listening and confirm information with customers.
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Document inquiries and actions taken in a clear, organized way.
• Strive to meet production and quality metrics with excellent service.
