Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of individual disability insurance (IDI) plans including status changes, enrollment, implementation, and renewal activities.
• Audit and analyze census, policy, and plan data.
• Drive accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition by updating revenue forecasts.
• Run queries to extract, validate, and analyze data in support of plan administration.
• Interface directly with clients and carriers to support enrollments and renewals.
• Address most participant inquiries independently.
• Contribute to training efforts and mentor junior staff.
