Aon is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our debt cancellation programs in a hybrid role at Alpharetta, GA or The Woodlands, TX. You will deliver responsive inbound service, initiate benefits, and resolve questions for clients while documenting interactions clearly.

• Provide excellent customer service for inbound calls based on client parameters.
• Initiate benefits and process related transactions, including cancellation requests.
• Identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
• Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and defuse situations as needed.
• Document details of customer’s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible way.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding inbound service and resolve inquiries for Debt Cancellation programs.
• Initiate benefits (claims) and process benefit related transactions as well as work cancellation requests.
• Identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
• Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and defuse situations as needed.
• Document details of customer’s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible way.
