Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Analyst for Executive Life to administer and optimize our executive benefit plans. You will manage enrollment, changes, renewals, and data analysis, interfacing with clients and carriers to ensure accurate, timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with executive benefit programs and plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer executive life and COLI plans, including enrollment, status changes and renewals.
• Audit census, policy and plan data for accuracy.
• Drive revenue forecasting and financial reporting updates.
• Run data queries to support plan administration and decision-making.
• Manage master enrollment files and distribution lists.
• Track tasks and deadlines to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare renewal files aligned with plan design and pricing.
• Interface with clients and carriers to support enrollments and renewals.
• Address participant inquiries independently.
• Support training efforts and mentor junior staff.
