Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits account management is preferred.
• Knowledge of COBRA, enrollment, billing and compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and prepare client communications.
• Handle COBRA paperwork and renewals for group plans.
• Maintain client and plan data in the CRM system and monitor billing.
• Support government reporting and compliance initiatives with Client Executives.
