Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA is seeking an Account Manager for a hybrid role, three days in the office. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients, delivering exceptional service and supporting enrollment, billing, compliance, and benefits programs.

Collaborate with Client Executives, carriers, and internal teams to execute service plans, resolve enrollment issues, and maintain client data in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: Georgia/Indiana Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients.
• Partner with Clients Executives and internal teams to execute comprehensive service plans.
• Coordinate and support open enrollment meetings and prepare employee communications.
• Complete COBRA paperwork for new group implementations and renewals.
• Maintain ongoing client communication regarding benefit trends and regulatory updates.
• Maintain accurate client and benefits plan information within EPIC's CRM system.
