Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager in Duluth, GA, a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will be the primary daily contact for employee benefits clients, coordinating enrollment, billing, and compliance, while partnering with Client Executives and carriers.

We value strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects. A minimum of 2 years of benefits experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits account management experience with a brokerage, consulting firm, insurance carrier, TPA, or related organization.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• Georgia or Indiana Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate and support open enrollment meetings, including preparation of employee communication materials.
• Maintain accurate client and benefits plan information within EPIC's CRM system.
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and basic claims issues while coordinating escalated claims with the claims department.
• Keep Client Executives informed of client issues and significant events.
• Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development activities.
