Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Duluth, GA, is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to provide administrative, operational, and client service support while building a foundation in commercial insurance operations, finance, and client relationships.

You will work with Account Managers and mentors to ensure accurate, timely servicing of client accounts in accordance with agency standards.

Responsibilities

Client Service & Account Support: Process certificates of insurance, binders, policy changes, endorsements, audits, and other account servicing requests.
Client Service & Account Support: Issue Auto ID cards and respond to routine client service needs.
Client Service & Account Support: Follow up on policy cancellations, renewals, and issuance activities.
Client Service & Account Support: Prepare renewal proposals and insurance applications.
Client Service & Account Support: Obtain and analyze loss runs and prepare loss summaries.
Client Service & Account Support: Support invoicing activities and premium finance quote requests.
Client Service & Account Support: Assist with online rating for small business insurance accounts.
Client Service & Account Support: Process incoming mail and distribute items appropriate.
Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain accurate records within the Agency Management System (Sagitta).
Administrative & Operational Support: Upload and organize client documentation within the EPIC Portal.
Administrative & Operational Support: Complete policy checklists and support paperless filing initiatives.
Administrative & Operational Support: Run Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and replacement cost valuation reports.
Administrative & Operational Support: Ensure all account-related documentation is processed accurately and timely.
Administrative & Operational Support: Meet quality, compliance, and timeliness standards for all assigned work.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and internal team members.
Relationship Management: Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders to support client service objectives.
Relationship Management: Collaborate across teams to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Relationship Management: Participate in training programs, workshops, and learning opportunities related to insurance operations, communication, business etiquette, and time management.
Relationship Management: Continuously expand knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, regulations, and technology.
Relationship Management: Learn best practices in account management, sales support, and client retention under mentorship.
