This hybrid role requires a positive, coachable attitude, strong multi-tasking, and a willingness to obtain a P&C license within 90 days. Responsibilities include client advocacy, policy changes, renewal support, invoicing, and documentation through the EPIC portal.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college degree preferred.
• P&C license or related work experience preferred; if not licensed, obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications such as Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as client advocate and maintain positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, mail, and email; strive to resolve during first communication.
• Handle Certificate Requests, Notices of Cancellation, policy changes, and renewals.
• Process invoicing, loss runs, and EPIC portal postings; prepare Acord applications.
