Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Manager in Duluth, GA. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients, delivering exceptional service and supporting enrollment, billing, and compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of employee benefits account management experience.
• Georgia or Indiana Life & Health License, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate and support open enrollment meetings, including prep of employee communications.
• Complete COBRA paperwork for new group implementations and renewals.
• Maintain client communication on benefit trends, regulatory updates, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate client and benefits plan information in EPIC's CRM system.
• Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and basic claims issues; coordinate escalated claims.
