Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of a client book in a hybrid Cleveland, OH setting. You will collaborate with internal service teams, Benefits Consultants, and Client Executives to ensure service excellence and optimal client outcomes.

Responsibilities include renewal management, needs analysis, enrollment meetings, and cross-sale opportunities, while advising on cost-effective and competitive benefit options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in account management or in a consultative role, required.
• Life and Health license, required.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; MS Office proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred; broker agency or benefit administration experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business.
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive benefits options.
• Collaborates with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives to manage renewals.
• Conducts needs analysis and strategy calls; leads enrollment meetings.
• Engages in regular face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Builds relationships with clients through proactive communications.
• Leads the service team in delivering high-level service deliverables.
