Job summary

OneDigital, a leading employee benefits firm, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of business and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.

You will conduct needs analyses, manage renewal processes, advise on cost-saving benefit options, and foster relationships through proactive communication while supporting cross-sell opportunities. A Life and Health license and 5+ years in account management are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or consultative role
• Experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm
• Current Life and Health license
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with quoting processes/tools preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience with database applications a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business
• Advises clients in reducing costs while offering competitive options
• Collaborates with internal service team and consultants on renewals
• Conducts needs analyses and strategy calls
• Leads enrollment meetings and client reviews
