Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking an Account Manager to provide day-to-day support for an assigned book of business. The role involves collaborating with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective renewal/marketing processes.

You will handle client issues, conduct enrollment meetings, and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred), strong MS Office proficiency, and excellent

Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Must be very detail-oriented.
Maintains a positive demeanor when dealing with internal and external clients/teams/vendor partners.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
Experience with database applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports and maintains assigned book of business.
Works closely with Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives to manage the entire renewal/marketing process.
Manages day to day client issues.
Conducts enrollment meetings as needed virtually and in person.
Conducts regular face-to-face meetings with clients.
Assists clients with 5500 form filings, as applicable.
Builds relationships with clients through proactive communications.
Effectively and efficiently supports complex accounts and high-level service deliverables.
