Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative operations within behavioral health clinics. The role involves providing therapy services, supervising staff, ensuring compliant documentation, and supporting clinic leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy and/or psychology.
• Independent clinical licensure, including ability to supervise according to state regulations if providing licensure supervision
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations
• Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records
• Strong commitment to professional Code of Ethics
• Understanding of privacy and HIPAA requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team especially in stressful situations
• Supervisory experience and/or post graduate training in supervision (Preferred)
• Knowledge of current standards, principles, and practices of psychiatric care (Preferred)
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, methods, issues, and approaches in mental health (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support overall operations.
• Must be able to provide services in person within a clinic site and/or a hybrid model of in-person and work from home days.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation including treatment plans, notes, discharge plans etc.
• May provide individual and group supervision to clinic staff, live or via video conference.
• Review clinical documentation of supervisees and clinicians, including evaluation of treatment plans and notes.
• Assess clinicians across core competency areas; perform audits and provide feedback.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and training of new providers.
• Maintain organized files and track administrative time daily on Excel.
• Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with community agencies as needed with Clinic Director.
