Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Clinic Supervisors to join our behavioral health leadership team. You will provide direct patient care, support clinics administratively, and may supervise clinicians, with duties spanning hiring, onboarding, and overseeing transfers.

The role offers a hybrid work model, requires licensure, and includes a $2,500 hiring incentive.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field required.
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support overall operations.
• Must be able to provide services in person within a clinic site and/or hybrid model.
• Sign/approve documentation and maintain records for clinicians.
