Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to lead clinical operations in behavioral health settings. The role blends therapy delivery with supervision, documentation, and audits to ensure high-quality care.

You will work in a clinic environment with in-person and hybrid options, supporting clinicians, coordinating trainings, and assisting with compliance and licensing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state regulations.
• Knowledge of state and federal rules and HIPAA requirements.
• Strong computer abilities and EMR proficiency.
• Commitment to Code of Ethics and patient privacy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in stressful situations.
• Experience supervising clinicians is preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric care standards and current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics and supervise staff.
• Deliver in-person or hybrid services as required by clinics.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Review supervisees' and clinicians' documentation for quality and compliance.
• Perform audits and provide feedback to clinicians on core competencies.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management.
