Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), seeks Clinic Supervisors to join a leadership-forward team delivering high-quality behavioral health services. You will provide direct care, supervise clinicians, and support clinic operations across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes in-person and hybrid service delivery, clinical documentation excellence, and staff development. Strong ethics, HIPAA knowledge, and collaboration with Directors are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy and/or psychology.
• Independent clinical licensure, including ability to supervise according to state regulations if providing licensure supervision.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations.
• Strong computer abilities and proficiency with electronic medical records.
• Strong commitment to professional Code of Ethics.
• Understanding of privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group and/or family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support overall operations. Amount of BUs to be determined by Clinic Director and Market Leader as allowed in budget.
• Must be able to provide services in person within a clinic site and/or a hybrid model of in-person and work from home days as determined by business needs of clinic and clinical needs of clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation including treatment plans, notes, discharge plans etc.
• May provide individual and group supervision to clinic staff, with supervision provided live and/or via video conference.
