Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Clinic Supervisors to join the leadership team. You will provide direct care, support clinic operations, supervise clinicians, and assist with hiring and onboarding while maintaining high standards of care.

Clinical supervision, administrative duties, and collaboration with the Clinic Director are core parts of the role. A master’s degree and licensure are required, with hybrid or in-site work options depending on clinic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy and/or psychology.
• Independent clinical licensure and ability to supervise according to state regulations if providing licensure supervision
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations including privacy/HIPAA requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to clients.
• Provide administrative clinical support to clinics to support overall operations.
• May provide individual and group supervision to clinic staff.
• Assist with intake, referrals, transfers, and waitlist management including crisis/triage services.
• Maintain organized files and track administrative time daily on excel spreadsheets.
• Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
