Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Full-time BHI Specialist (Hybrid) to service patients in the Northern, VA area (Arlington, Manassas, Alexandria). Primarily remote with occasional travel to patients' homes or facilities, supporting mental and physical health on an assigned caseload.

The role emphasizes telephonic engagement, in-person visits as needed, coordination with psychiatrists and primary care, and use of an EMR/registry for documenting progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSW or equivalent degree.
• Preferred licensure or provisionally licensed.
• Behavioral Health experience and knowledge.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured vehicle.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the mental and physical health care of patients on an assigned caseload.
• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders and follow up.
• Provide patient education about mental health disorders and treatment options.
• Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in symptoms and side effects.
• Assist with psychotropic medication management by coordinating with the psychiatric team and PCP.
