Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Medical Assistant or CNA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with education related to behavioral health visits, in person or via telehealth.
• Provide technical setup and room/equipment prep for telehealth visits.
• Access vitals and data from the EMR to support clinicians.
• Procure patient referral documents as needed.
• Act as liaison between clinicians and facility staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of equipment and data.
• Assist with gathering medical information for patients in-between visits using different EHRs.
• Record relevant data into the EHR in preparation for visits.
• Support clinicians to ensure visits run smoothly and efficiently.
