Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a skilled clinical case manager for hybrid work-from-home duties. You will develop client-specific programming, supervise staff, and coordinate services across settings, ensuring quality care and compliance with policies.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher, BCaBA certification, active state license where applicable, and 1+ year experience with children on the autism

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university (BACB guidelines).
• BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active state license in good standing, when applicable.
• 1+ years of experience with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.
• Crisis management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to in-homes and local clinics.

Responsibilities

• Create appropriate programming for clients based on evaluations and needs, and provide support using ethical practices.
• Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision per insurance and community guidelines and Gateway policies.
• Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment.
• Meet with treatment staff as needed to assist in case management and staff development.
• Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols per Gateway policies.
• Determine appropriate techniques for treatment plan goals.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design/maintain high-quality treatment programs.
• Oversee and maintain organized records, client notes, data, and reports.
• Encourage and engage parents/caretakers in training for treatment techniques.
• Prepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEPs and develop recommendations.
• Maintain certification through CEUs and attend required trainings.
• Maintain client privacy per HIPAA and Gateway policies.
• Work cooperatively with internal staff and external stakeholders including schools and providers.
• Maintain professional standards in all client and staff interactions.
• Report directly to the supervising BCBA.
