Job summary

Tufin is seeking a Business Development Representative in Boston to spark conversations, identify opportunities, and drive the pipeline for our Americas team. You’ll work from our Boston office three days a week, joining a path from BDR to full-cycle Account Executive with weekly coaching and live deal exposure.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of full-time experience; sales background is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; not strictly fresh graduates.
• Sales experience welcomed but not required; career changers are a fit.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach is a plus; SaaS/CRM exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Build and run outbound campaigns into target accounts and convert activity into qualified appointments.
• Research and reach stakeholders inside complex organizations.
• Navigate objections and find alternate entry points.
• Own a named territory and build the pipeline.
• Keep prospect and account data clean in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to sharpen messaging and lift conversions.
