POP, a Philadelphia-based promo products supplier, is seeking a Business Development Representative to initiate conversations with potential clients and hand meetings to Account Executives. You will focus on distributor accounts, qualify needs, book meetings, and provide concise handoff briefs for each session.

Ideal candidates have strong phone prospecting and B2B sales experience, comfortable with a high call volume, and a data-driven CRM approach.

Formación

• 1+ years of phone prospecting or inside sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Ability to handle a high call volume and bounce back from rejection.
• Good listening skills and minimal pitching.
• Disciplined CRM logging; if it isn't logged, it didn't happen.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to distributor accounts.
• Qualify opportunities (need, timeline, decision-maker).
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
