Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or related environment.
• Prior experience with deal reporting, pipeline management, and competitive market intelligence in a legal industry setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality business development and marketing projects for assigned practice groups or strategic business units.
• Collaborate with attorneys and BDMC teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead data collection and quality control of deal reporting to inform BD strategy and client pursuits.
• Draft and produce marketing materials including pitches, RFPs, and client-facing collateral.
