Job summary

You will coordinate with attorneys and BDMC teams to translate priorities into actionable plans, craft client-ready materials, and manage data for pitches, league tables, and directories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with deal reporting, pipeline management, and market intelligence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality business development and marketing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with BDMC, attorneys, and partners.
• Draft pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Analyze deal data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate databases.
• Lead scheduling, ROI analysis, and event planning for SBUs.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to campaigns to grow client relationships.
