Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive planning and execution of BD and marketing initiatives for the Corporate/AI practice. You will coordinate with attorneys and the Marketing, BDMC, and Communications teams to translate priorities into actionable plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and cross-functional coordination to grow client relationships and enhance market visibility through pitches,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in law firm or professional services preferred.
• Strong proposals, pitches, and collateral writing skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of attorneys, clients, and market capabilities to communicate value propositions.
• Collaborate with BDMC team to lead multi-team initiatives and cross-functional campaigns.
• Draft, revise, and produce marketing materials including pitches, RFPs and client-facing sheets.
• Lead data collection and analysis of deal reporting to inform business development strategy.
• Support planning and execution of SBU events and webinars, and track ROI.
