SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead Applied Behavior Analysis programs across diverse populations, including adults and youth. The role requires providing assessments, coordinating home and community visits, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with behavioral intervention.
• Available to work until 8:00pm PST.
• Experience with behavioral intervention and/or background in learning and developmental psychology.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing for extended periods, bending, moving between seated/standing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet patient needs.
• Communicate progress between supervisors, staff, families, guardians, and collateral individuals.
• Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to supervisors.
• Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis.
• Ensure proper implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings.
• Complete monthly/quarterly progress notes.
• Organize training to certify staff in BIP and documentation.
• Provide follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations for continued support.
• Maintain strong clinical records for accessibility by interested parties.
• Act as liaison with public and mental health to support ongoing goals.
• Assist in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs.
• Complete continued education on behaviorally based interventions.
