SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Anaheim is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) contractor. The role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis, leading behavior plans, and training staff across multiple settings, including homes and schools.

The position offers remote/hybrid schedule options, a flexible work schedule, and advancement opportunities while delivering high-quality behavioral services to youths and adults with ASD, IDD, or mental illness.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral or Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline; BCBA certification required.
• Reasoning: apply common sense to carry out instructions; solve problems with several concrete variables.
• Physical Demands: readiness to meet essential demands and crisis procedures.
• Work Environment: adapt to varied settings and schedules.
• Data: record/enter data neatly and accurately per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support methodologies.
• Part of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing behavioral expertise.
• Designs and monitors Behavior Plans; conducts assessments and reports.
• Performs functional analyses and interprets results.
• Delivers direct behavioral treatment and coaching across settings.
• Monitors restraint use and reduces when feasible.
• Participates in relevant committees and meets specialty clinic requirements.
