Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a BCBA to lead behavior analysis within our hybrid service model. You will design and supervise behavior plans, train staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct intervention to clients using replacement skills and de-escalation techniques. Master’s or doctoral level with BCBA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• BCBA certification required to practice.
• Strong ability to record data neatly, accurately, and objectively.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavior expertise.
• Conduct functional analyses and provide behavior-analytic interpretations.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training and related methods.
