Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a BCBA for hybrid in-person service delivery. You will model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support, participate in IDTs, and oversee behavior plan assessments, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.

The role includes conducting descriptive and functional assessments, providing direct behavioral treatment, and monitoring restraint use with training to reduce. Must meet 902 KAR 20:410 requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Language skills: ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Reasoning ability: apply common sense and independence in decision-making.
• Physical demands: participate in crisis management procedures.
• Work environment: adaptable to job settings with accommodations if needed.
• Computer skills: data entry and records as per Oakwood requirements.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serves on Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavioral expertise.
• Responsible for behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and functional behavioral assessments (e.g., analogue) and interprets results.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group/individual sessions.
• Monitors restraint use and trains staff to reduce.
• Participates in Behavior Intervention Committee and Human Rights Committee.
• Meet requirements of 902 KAR 20:410 Specialty Intermediate Care Clinics as warranted.
