Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team in California. You will implement ABA programs, train staff, and collaborate with IDTs to deliver individualized behavioral services for children and adults in various community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming.
• Ability to record data neatly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavior expertise.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• conducts behavioral assessments including functional analyses.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment in various settings.
